Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile.  The book is doing great.  I've heard so many horror stories from all of you that I should revise my book to include them.  I heard from Anthony in Las Vegas that after his father died, his stepbrother, who he hadn't talked to in years, called him and asked him about his father's trust.  When Anthony told him that he didn't see any reference in the Trust to him, his stepbrother hung up.   One day Anthony got a call from a neighbor that someone was in his house.  He called the police, and it turned out that it was his stepbrother tearing through his office looking for a copy of the will!

Keep your comments coming to me.   Have faith that you'll get through "Trust Wars" with your family.  It won't be pretty, but in the end, you'll be tougher and wiser.   I guarantee you'll survive!

Another nightmare!

I thought that I had it bad.  I heard another story about a stealing sibling.  They keep getting better and better.  This sibling slowly liquidated $3.5 million from their parents, leaving nothing for the other siblings when the parents died.  Guess what?  They are now flat broke, and hitting up their siblings for more money.  You know what I told them?  Turn them into the IRS!   It's time for them to feel some pain.  If you have any other nightmare stories about family trusts and greedy relatives, please share your stories, as there are so many of us out there and we can all use a little advice on how to deal with these scumbags!

TRUST ME: EVERY BABY BOOMER'S NIGHTMARE

When it comes to family money, it’s amazing how many vultures come out of the woodwork.  It could be “Aunt Icky” and “Uncle Creepy”, or the “ever-so-sweet” neighbors that live next door to your aging parents.  It could be the phony “do-gooders” who befriend your parents, but in actuality just want a piece of the pie.  The worst offenders of all, however, can be STEALING SIBLINGS and DISHONEST TRUST ATTORNEYS who write themselves a giant portion of the trust, cutting you out of your rightful inheritance.
In this book I will tell you my story and many others, and show you just how you can stop the illegal stealing and BLEEDING of money from your family trust.  Just remember that this book is meant to be used as a guideline, and by no means is to be interpreted or used as legal advice.  Always consult a professional before you make any decisions.  That said, keep in mind that YOU are the one to make the final decisions NO MATTER WHAT.
My hope is that this book will help you navigate through all of the landmines that you may encounter on your journey through FAMILY AND LEGAL HELL.   Consider this book as your “don’t be an idiot” guide: If you have the stomach for it, READ MY BOOK!
